1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Laveria mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use Laveria, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Be legally permitted to use the Service by the laws of your home country.
Have never been convicted of a felony or a sex crime.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Laveria has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. You agree NOT to:

Harass or Bully: Hate speech, racism, or stalking.

Illegal Content: Violence, terrorism, or illegal acts.

Nudity: No public pornography or explicit content.

Scam/Spam: Commercial solicitation or bot usage.

Violation results in immediate permanent ban.

4. Safety & Interactions

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS.

No Background Checks: We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.
Risk Assumption: You assume all risks associated with online and offline interactions.
Advice: Always meet in public places and inform a friend of your plans.

5. Premium Services & Purchases

Subscriptions: Laveria may offer premium features (e.g., Boosts) for purchase.
Billing: Processed through your App Store (Apple/Google).
Refunds: Purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to App Store policies.
Cancellations: Must be done via App Store settings to avoid recurring charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". We disclaim all warranties. Laveria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the conduct of other users.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.
